Pies, sausage rolls, burgers, kebabs: they're all brilliant snacks or meals that Aussies enjoy by the gutful.
They're bloody delicious even if they're stock standard ones you can get from the servo or the dodgy shop around the corner.
But a Queensland bakery is here to blow all those expectations about food away with their creation: the Pieger.
The ultimate fusion of pie and cheeseburger looks almost too much to handle.

It has a bread top, the sides are pie pastry, and then the inside is cheese, over meat, over pickles, over more meat.
Mocka's Bakery in Port Douglas produced the incredible creation for International Burger Day yesterday - but we're hoping they stick around for good.
The bakery wrote: "Mocka's pies are filled with tender chunks of 100 per cent grass fed beef, made from scratch with our own unique recipe handed down from Mocka himself.
"We bake daily, including great coffee and milkshakes, all served with good old fashion friendly service."

People who have tried the pieger seem to like it, with one person writing: "I was lucky enough to give these a taste test today. Good stuff."
So if you're ever up in Port Douglas, why not give these bad boys a whirl.
But if you stumble into Adelaide, you might want to be wary of buying a meat pie after one footy fan made a terrible discovery.
There. Was. No. Meat. In. The. Pie.
How this could happen is puzzling but it's certainly un-Australian. Pastries are awesome but when you're expecting to bite into some meaty goodness and there's nothing then it's easy to be disappointed. The bloke uploaded a picture of the 'pie' to Facebook and it's been mocked left, right and centre.
"Worst sixteen bucks you've ever spent," wrote one person.
"Looks like it's full of Adelaide's chances of winning," said another.
At least he wouldn't fall victim to meat spilling out of the pastry or sauce going everywhere. No doubt if the meal was bought at a sports match, it would've cost a pretty penny.
