Sweet baby Halloucken.

You can imagine the Creative Department at any fast food restaurant chain trying to come up with the next big thing.

Whether it was simply chucking avocado on everything or creating an entirely new burger, these decisions can mean big things for the franchise.

But Oporto has just upped the ante by adding a simple ingredient that is likely to blow people's minds.

Introducing the Halloucken.

Oporto

The name is a bit confusing but if you're still wondering what the hell is going on, the incredible Bondi Burger juggernaut is putting chicken and halloumi together.

While it's not the most mind bending of creations, it will no doubt be a massive favourite amongst cheese and chicken lovers across the country.

We've been told the halloumi has been imported all the way from Cyprus and it'll be plopped in between a chicken breast fillet, creamy mayo, mixed lettuce leaves, a tomato and capsicum relish and then sandwiched together on a soft potato bun.

You can't really ask for much more can you?

They'll be in Oporto restaurants across Australia from today but they'll only be around for a limited time. So if you're hankering for a Halloucken then you better get in quick before they're gone.
