Good news for big fans of Subway's iconic bread, as the brand has today launched a trial of a new tiger bread version of the Sub staple.
The crusty white loaf with a crackled crust joins the eight-strong line up of Subway bread already available, bringing a whole new taste experience to guests.

From today (22 July), guests will be able to try the new tiger bread in selected stores as part of its two-week trial. Those stores are all based in Hertfordshire.
As with all loaves in the Subway bread family, the new tiger version is lovingly prepared daily to create the crispy crust effect.
All Subway bread is baked throughout the day to meet guests' demand - which guarantees a fresh sub every time and ensures each one is the subliminal serve fans know and love.

You can try out the tiger bread in selected stores in Hertfordshire from today - the rest of the nation will have to wait until later this year to get their paws on it.
The stores are: Hitchin, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage and Letchworth Garden City.

Subway have recently reopened their stores following the coronavirus lockdown. As part of the reopening, stores started adhering to social distancing measures set out by the government, and the company will also be offering all NHS staff 25 percent off. They can get the discount by showing their NHS card.
Colin Hughes, Country Director, Subway UK and Ireland said: "Everybody in our Subway family and the wider communities they serve, has shown great resilience in adapting to these challenging times that we currently find ourselves in.
"We are extremely grateful for their ongoing support in anticipation of this next phase of our gradual reopening, which will enable us to continue to serve our communities and frontline workers, who have helped us all so much in recent weeks.
"The weeks and months ahead will continue to be challenging for everyone and Subway will play its part in supporting the new normal whatever that may look and feel like."
