One piece of Toblerone is never really enough, right? One piece leads to two, and before you know it you've snaffled the entire (supersize) bar, finding yourself in a chocolatey food coma.

And while it will always continue to be a favourite in the confectionery aisle with chocoholics, Toblerone lovers might now want to get themselves down to the frozen food section of their local supermarket. That's because Toblerone actually exists in ice cream form.

That's right, you'd better believe it. Once just a triangular Swiss chocolate bar studded with pieces of honey and almond nougat, the humble Toblerone has now had a delicious, refreshing makeover into individual ice creams.

For just three quid from Tesco, you can feast on chocolate and honey ice cream coated in milk chocolate, with honey and almond nougat pieces.

They come in boxes of three, so you can share with two other lucky people or keep them all to yourself - just a suggestion, but we'd definitely go the latter.

MEET THE MAN WHO TURNED HIS TAXI INTO A TRAVELLING SNACK SHOP:

It'll come as very welcome news to anyone still reeling from Toberlone's controversial decision to change the bar's shape not long ago, adding more space in between each triangle.

The reason behind it all is because the makers of the chocolate, Mondelez International, had to come up with a solution after the cost of the ingredients rose so high. Rather than charging customers more, they decided to re-work its shape so that the 400g bar became 360g and the 170g bar became 150g.

Toblerone released a statement on their Facebook page, which read: "Toblerone remains one of the best value and most delicious Swiss chocolate products in the market. This is because we always work hard to ensure we offer value for money for our consumers, but like many other companies, we are experiencing higher costs for numerous ingredients.

"We carry these costs for as long as possible, but to ensure Toblerone remains on-shelf, is affordable and retains the triangular shape, we have had to reduce the weight of just two of our bars in the UK, from the wider range of available Toblerone products."

As you'd imagine, everyone was left feeling pretty peeved with the change, with the Toblerone Facebook page soon being bombarded by furious messages.

Thankfully, though, these Toblerone ice creams may work well as the apology we all need - after all, there's no greater peace offering than chocolate-covered ice cream with honey and almond nougat.
