Having one kid is bound to take it out of you as it is. So hats off to this lady who's had seven kids and still looks like she could take on the world.
A mum-of-seven in her 40s in Utah, USA, is in better nick now than she was twenty years ago - so much so that she people even mistake her for being one of her own daughters.
Jessica Enslow, 43, gave birth to her first child in 1994 at the age of 19, and recently became a mother to her seventh child in 2013.
And while pregancy can take its toll on the body - let alone seven pregnancies - she's now in pretty impressive shape, which she puts down to simply eating the right stuff and going to the gym regularly. It clearly gets results.
Jessica said that she 'quickly gained' weight while pregnant with her first child, underestimating how hard it would be to get back to her pre-preggers size.
"I literally got home from the hospital and immediately put on my pre-pregnancy jeans only to find they wouldn't go any farther than mid-thigh," Jessica told Mail Online.
"This is when extreme fear and a little depression set in."
Amazingly, she only started ramping up her fitness regime last year, after she spent ages eating Nutella every day and doing random workouts she found on Pinterest.
With the support of her husband and older kids, she finally decided to step up and shake off the weight.
"I used to eat Nutella by the spoonful and on my toast and on my bananas," Jessica said.
"That's when things started getting really out of hand with my body composition and finally prompted me to change my daily habits."
Jessica now goes to the gym three times a week while her kids are at school and gets up every Monday to fit in a cardio sesh.
She's also developed quite a following on Instagram, where she shares pictures of her family, work-out videos, and snaps showing how far she's come.
Writing on her Instagram page, Jessica said: "I also know if there's a will there's a way. It's been an adjustment for us, but it's working really well for now. I always say, 'You do what you can!' Be strict about your goals & flexible on how to achieve them!
"There are plenty of moms out there who have made tons of progress from their own homes. Make modifications, if necessary, but we can all improve our health if we really want to!"
Jessica says that she now eats 'intuitively', being more mindful how she eats and keeping snacking to a minimum.
Understandably for someone pushing their mid-40s, Jessica also stays off the junk food as her metabolism 'just can't handle a burger, fries, milkshake, and dessert once or twice a week'. Glorious days.
While she's happy to have escaped the usual middle-aged spread, Jess said she knows that the 'huge majority' of mums 'wouldn't trade their children for a flawless body', adding: "We all kinda know that's part of the deal."
Gives you hope for when you're a parent yourself, doesn't it?
