Amazon Are Giving Away Free Baby Bundles To New Parents

Amazon Are Giving Away Free Baby Bundles To New Parents

Just the one catch.

They say that the average cost of raising a child, up to the age of 18, is over £200,000 ($269,614) in the UK.

Therefore, any freebies, hand-me-downs or childcare help you can get are probably welcome.

And the endless stream of nappies, milk powder and short-lasting clothes with an ever-growing baby can make the early years some of the most expensive.

However, Amazon are here to help. The internet shopping giant is offering all new parents a free 'baby box', filled with £40 ($54) worth of products, to all Prime parents who spent £20 ($27) on the site.

So, if you were already using Prime to purchase some things for your baby, then this little bundle can bring you as much extra joy as, well, your own bundle of extra joy.

The freebie box, which comes all nicely wrapped for you, includes: a Nemo teddy, a bottle, some nappy rash cream, water wipes, a soother, and a Nuby feeding pack.

The handy offer started on Monday, September 18, and is expected to run through until October 8 (or until stock lasts.)

The only catch is, you'll need to sign up to be an Amazon Prime member, and then create an 'Amazon Baby Wish list'.

The instructions are here:

  • Create an Amazon Baby Wish list.
  • Become a Prime member.
  • Purchase at least £20 of eligible baby products.
  • Once the purchased baby products are dispatched, the 'claim now' button will appear in the 'Baby Box' section of your Amazon Baby Wishlist.
  • Click 'claim now' and add one Baby Box to your basket - the price will automatically be set to £0.
  • Do not change the payment method of promotional balance.
  • Click 'buy now' to complete the transaction.

However, if you don't feel like spending £20, then for anyone who spends £10 ($13.50) a free MAM bottle will be made available.

The online warehouse company have also slashed 20 percent off technology and electronic items, so even if you don't have a baby, there's still likely to be something for everyone.

See, not all Monday's are bad after all.
