An amazing new hotel is opening up in the Arctic Circle and it's got some impressive eco-friendly features.
Hotel Svart will be set within the beautiful surroundings at the foot of Norway's Almlifjellet mountain, and has been specially designed to have minimal impact on its gorgeous location.
The hotel was designed by architects Snøhetta, the same company which designed Norway's underwater restaurant, and has a cool, circular design.
But as well as looking the part, the hotels eco-credentials are equally as impressive - it's expected to use 85 percent less energy compared to other modern hotels, it's made from eco-friendly materials and even produces its own energy; in fact, the hotel will be 'energy positive' meaning it actually creates more energy than it uses. Impressive.
Kjetil Trædal Thorsen, Founding Partner at Snøhetta said: "Building in such a precious environment comes with some clear obligations in terms of preserving the natural beauty and the fauna and flora of the site.
"It was important for us to design a sustainable building that will leave a minimal environmental footprint on this beautiful Northern nature.
"Building an energy positive and low-impact hotel is an essential factor to create a sustainable tourist destination respecting the unique features of the plot; the rare plant species, the clean waters and the blue ice of the Svartisen glacier."
The clever design of the hotel will make the most of the sun's energy with strategically placed living and dining areas and solar panels also soaking up the sun to create clean energy. The design of the hotel also offers guests unbelievable panoramic views of the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel.

If you're looking for a secluded and peaceful break then Svart has got you covered, because the hotel can only be reached via the water, so plans are underway to introduce an energy-neutral shuttle boat from nearby Bodø.
And, if you time your trip just right, there's even a chance you could glimpse the Northern Lights.
The hotel doesn't have an official opening date yet, but according to its website the project should be completed by 2021.
