Adele Allen says 'vindictive' trolls won't stop her bringing up her children in an alternative way.

Breast is best. That's what we were first told in 1999 when the NHS launched the campaign with the same title.

It's also what mother-of-two Adele Allen told This Morning back in July. The only problem is that she feeds them up to the age of six, which is obviously not normal practice.

Ulysses, then five, was way past the recommended NHS guidelines, which states that babies should be 'exclusively' fed on breast milk for six months before trying to replace it with other formulas.

But it wasn't just this statement that caught the nation's attention. Half way through the chat with Eamonn and Ruth, their daughter Ostara decided to relieve herself on the studio floor.

Here is the most interesting part of the interview.

Her 'alternative' methods prompted an outrage on Twitter...

Since this appearance, Adele has said that "vindictive trolls" reported her - and her husband, Matt - to social services.

Speaking to The Sun, she responded to claims of her children being 'feral' and 'out of control'.

"They said my daughter wasn't wearing a nappy," she told the tabloid paper. "It was true we didn't use disposable nappies. But we did use cloth ones."

When Ulysses was six he (apparently his own choice) decided that was the right time to give up the breast, but the Brighton couple still decide to bring up their children 'off-grid'.

Instead of going to the school gates, Adele said that the two of them "spent the day foraging in the garden when September came and Ulysses was supposed to start his first day at school.

"I was delighted when he pulled up a handful of mint and chewed on it happily.

"Being out here in the fresh air is much more inspiring than being in a stuffy classroom."

They revealed on the show that the then five-year-old could only count to 20 and that they don't believe in medicine; instead using natural herbs and supplements to overcome diseases such as chicken pox and scarlet fever.

But for all those who love a good controversy, the couple want you to fund a better life for them all.

They want to move to Costa Rica to live a more 'free-range' lifestyle and have even set up a GoFundMe page to help them get there.

They're only asking for a cool £100,000. About time you helped out, don't you think?
