Summer's finally made an appearance. But what goes hand in hand with hot weather? Sweaty feet.
If you wear your trainers come rain or shine, then this won't exactly have been news to you. But one woman has devised an ingenious method of making sure your kicks stay nice and fresh - and all you need is a few teabags.
On her Instagram account, 'Queen of Clean' Lynsey Crombie has shared the revelation to her followers, and it's something that I imagine lots of you will be trying.
On the post, she shared a photo of her summery trainers, with details on how to keep them fresh in the heat.

It read: "An oldie but a goodie today especially as the weather is heating up and there is nothing worse than smelly shoes.
"Pop a few tea bags inside your smelly shoes to fight off bad odours that are caused by heat and bacteria. Leave to sit overnight in a warm dry place. The longer you leave the better. Any tea bags will work, even the minty herbal ones. Tea bags are super absorbent and will suck the moisture and smell right out.
"To save waste make sure you reuse the ones from your shoes for other household tasks. Tea bags actually have lots of uses, from cleaning marks of windows and mirrors to fertilising your plants."
Her post has had well over 2,000 likes so far. The comments are a mixture of people tagging in their mates and partners, mainly to rip into them, and others who are obviously very impressed with her suggestion. Others made jokes about how to 'recycle the teabags'.

One person posted: "Ooh didn't know this!! Easy and cheap to do too. Thanks!"
Another wrote: "Amazing! When you say reuse them.... I know there is all sorts of infused tea but 'le sweate trainer'?"
A third user added a valid point: "Oh my days this is brilliant, but I love your line 'To save waste make sure you reuse the ones from your shoes'. I wonder how many followers will be making a brew from them?"
And if the minging smell isn't your only issue, Reebok have given us some advice on how to clean the outside too.

All you need is a razor, a toothbrush, baking soda, water, nail polish remover, hydrogen peroxide and a bit of washing up liquid - give them a scrub and there you have it. Box fresh in no time.
