Lamborghini Owner Would Rather Accept Fines Than Risk Car Parks

I'm the law!

The majority of us would rather get punched in the face than accept a fine from a parking officer. I'd personally go even further and also accept a cold, hard slap across my face over parting with any cash to leave my four wheels anywhere.

But the driver of this Lamborghini Aventador SV supercar accepted a slap on the wrists for leaving his motor on double yellows like it was nothing. He claimed that he'd prefer a punishment payment rather than risk damaging his pride and joy in a public car park.

Moosa Navsa, who clearly believes he is above the law, deliberately left his rose gold wheels outside Club XY in Leicester because he was running late for a meeting. Did the 700 brake horsepower not get him there quick enough or something?

Despite the local parking costing just £1 for up to an hour, the driver opted to leave his £340,000 pride and joy on display for everyone to see.

"It is cheaper to pay for a £35 ticket to have it in front of your eyes, rather than pay for damage," he said.

Aside from the car being at risk from other drivers in neighbouring bays, Navsa also slated the design of standard UK car parks.

"It can get damaged going up the ramp in a car park because the car is so low and wide. Usually the barriers are quite tight," the driver said in Leicester Mercury.

A city council spokesman said: "We treat all drivers equally. Anyone who parks illegally can expect to be ticketed."

Navsa told the paper that he paid the fine on Tuesday shortly after receiving the ticket.
