Man Has Conspiracy Theory That We May Be Dead And Reliving Memories

Happy Thursday...

A TikToker has shared a conspiracy theory video where he poses the suggestion that we may all be dead and just reliving memories.

The guy behind the account, @itsmattw_01, makes viewers rack their brains by asking questions and putting theories forward - like 'are we all dead?'

In the video, which has been watched over 1.4 million times, Matt says: "We are all dead. This conspiracy theory is going to mess you up..."

He can say that again.

He goes on to warn people to scroll past the video if they don't want their day ruined, but that's just building curiosity - is it not?

Anyway, Matt goes on to explain: "Right, so for everyone that's still here... so it's scientifically proven that when we die our mind is still functioning and it's true that our life literally does flash before our eyes.

"There's a seven-minute period of time when you will re-watch your entire life but it won't feel like seven minutes - it will feel like forever."

He goes on to add: "It's also proven that there is no possible way that we could know we're in that state.

"What I mean is there is no way you would know you're dead and re-watching your life. You'd just think it's your life."

So... what's the point in making us think about it and frazzling our brain, then? Eh, Matt?

He concludes: "What I'm trying to say is we could all be dead lying in a hospital bed somewhere and this reality is just our life flashing before our eyes in a weird way."

Lovely, just lovely.

The video has received over 250,000 likes with more than 11,000 comments from people equally as baffled as the rest of us are.

One person asked: "So wait, when we die in our flashback of our life just before we die, do we have another flashback on our life in just before death in our flashback?"

Another quipped: "So then do you just keep re-watching your life over and over again like I'm not just gonna disappear right now because my life is finished flashing?"

A third commented: "That's why we get deja vu because we know what's gonna happen."

OK, I'm done.
