Man Recounts How God 'Proved He Was Real' To Him

A man has recounted the time God 'proved He was real'. Watch here:

TikTok user @philyblunt shared the story in a video that has gone viral, racking up 5.2 million views.

In the video, he says: "Back in 2017 I reached the lowest point of my life. I left my house, I left my wife and kids behind and I had no intention of continuing on.

"After I left, this guy that I knew calls me up. We'd never hung out before one-on-one, but he asked me if I wanted to go get a drink.

"I said, 'Well sure, a little alcohol could probably make things go a little easier.'"

The two sat and chewed the fat, with the anonymous acquaintance hearing all about the troubles our man had been going through, before asking: "Where's God been in all this?"

He replied: "God's abandoned me."

It's at this point that a relatively normal, albeit sad, story turns into what the man believes was a spiritual experience.

The tale continues: "After I said that, everything about him changes. His eyes go wide and I kid you not, they start to glow.

"He pokes me right in the middle of the chest and he says, 'I have never abandoned you, my son.'

"He pokes me again. He says, 'I love you, my son.'

"He pokes me a third time and says, 'I am not done with you, my son.'

"Then he gets up, goes and pays the bill, and has no idea what happened."

Must have been a hefty bill to cover with whatever they were drinking. Joking aside, a lot of people seem to have been touched by his story.

One person commented: "Man I got some serious chills from this. Such an awesome story."

Another said: "I'm not crying! My eye is sweating! This is so powerful."

A third added: "I've never experienced this and I'm so envious. And so glad you're alive to tell your story."

He spent that night sleeping in his car, trying to figure out what had just happened.

But from there, things just got better and better for him. His CEO sorted him out with a hotel to stay in, his therapist acknowledged he had been touched by Christ, and he moved back in with his family.

He said: "My life has never been better. If you're watching this, and you're struggling, I want you to know I love you, and God loves you."
