Straight Man With Girlfriend Says He Has No Regrets About Getting Into Gay Porn

Daniel can earn £1k a scene but says some things are 'off-limits'

Former soldier and dad-of-two Daniel McGraffin identifies as '100 percent straight' - but has made a name for himself as a gay porn star.

He recently completed a three year contract with a major gay porn studio, making around 25 films in far flung locations across the globe - and says he regrets none of it.

The 31-year-old from Newcastle, UK, was in a 'bad place' when a dominatrix friend of his told him about the big money that could be made in the gay porn industry.

McGraffin was initially reluctant to entertain the idea, but after learning that he could make £1,000 ($1,298) per scene, he decided to give it a go.

Speaking to LADbible, McGraffin said it was 'proper, proper' difficult to make the initial plunge, but he soon learnt the editing process would do a lot of the work for him.

He said: "The first one I did was for a company called Triga Films. I reached out to him and he's quite a low budget UK company.

"With him it was like...OK, so, he'd want you to get a bit of penetration, you'd use Viagra or something with him, and obviously it's pretty hard to keep it up at the best of times let alone when you're not into it. Know what I mean?

"So as he got 30 seconds of penetration, there'd be a camera on one angle, a camera underneath for a different angle, and then after that - once you'd lost it - he'd just let you just dry hump. It would all be editing skills after that.

"Then I was like: 'f**k me this is actually easy', you know what I mean?"

It wasn't long after this that Mr McGraffin was snapped up on a three-year contract by a major US gay porn studio, which was drawn in by his straight guy appeal.

He said: "I didn't even understand. I didn't really get it. But apparently, some gay people go mad for straight lads. It must be some sort of...I don't know what it is. They just go mad for it.

"They were like: 'you are probably the most straight looking person we have ever had in the company'."

At this point, McGraffin met his girlfriend - part-time model Mia Stryker - and he decided to carefully broach the subject of gay porn with her.

He said: "I just told her that I'd heard how it was done, just to see how she would react, and she was like: 'Go for it man, do it.' So I just admitted it to her. 'Alright then I'll tell you now, I have actually done it.'"

He then told her about the contract - and said they should end it if it was going to be a problem. Luckily for him, she was 'totally on board'.

"She said 'this is totally not a problem. I know you're not gay.'

"The only problem with her would have been straight porn, because what if I'm attracted to the woman, know what I mean?"

However, McGraffin - or Geordie Jackson, as he is known in the business - quickly realised he'd signed up for more than he'd bargained in terms of the dialogue. His acting skills would need 'big verbal noises' as well as the sex itself.

He said: "It wasn't like Triga where you could just slip out and dry hump. It was full on sex. So I was so f**kin' worried those first two days, but all I just kept saying in my head was 'money, money, money.'"

Mr McGraffin used injections to maintain erections.

Of course, the obvious question is how does a man have 'full on sex' with someone they have no attraction to?

"They inject you with something called 'Trimix'," he said. "It's an erectile dysfunction medication over there. You get a little insulin needle thing in the base of your d**k and I'm telling you now mate, that is going nowhere. You could have your Nana naked in front of ya you'd still be f**kin' up, I swear.

"But then there's a comedown as well, because it's quite dangerous to have it up for so long. Obviously they know that, the second you've finished your scene if you're still up, the producer's like: 'right, in the room now' and he gives you a comedown shot and it literally disappears instantly."

Despite having had 'full on sex' with many men - aided by Trimix injections - there were still 'red lines' that he would not cross. During the first shoot of his three-year contract, he attempted fellatio - but was sick and insisted he wouldn't do it again.

He said: "At first I didn't want to kiss. I won't suck d**k...my mouth's out of bounds basically.

"And I don't bottom obviously, I'm a top. That would sort of lose my credibility then, because I'm this straight top (the person giving penetration, rather than receiving). That's what the pull is to me, so I would have lost it a bit."

After his contract elapsed, McGraffin decided to retire from the business - primarily because of research he'd done into the potential side effects of sustained Trimix use.

"It's really easy money, but in the long run, it is quite dangerous for my d**k," he said.

Now McGraffin lives in Blackpool, working as a boxing coach and running his OnlyFans page, where he shares 'solo videos, w**king videos, pictures, mad s**t like that' with his subscribers.

Looking back on his unexpected career turn, McGraffin said it was '100 percent' the right decision to get into the business at the time.

"I don't regret any of it, because of where I am now," he said. "I was in such a horrible place back then, I couldn't even afford to see my kids. I was living in a horrible bedsit I couldn't even afford, I had debt collectors knocking on my door. I was proper depressed over all sorts.

"Now I've got my own house, I'm alright now. I've got a couple of businesses on the go."

Years on from his foray into gay porn, some people are still convinced that he must be at least a bit gay - even though he has always insisted he is 100 percent straight.

"I dunno, it's a weird one," he said. "I said to one of my mates before, 'Some people can work in an office, some people can't. Some people can do porn, some people can't'.

"No disrespect to carers, but they have to wash old men's balls and arses and things like that for minimum wage, but does that mean they have a passion for doing that?

"They might have a passion for caring, but they still have to do something outside of their comfort zone. No disrespect to carers, what they do is a great job - but I couldn't do that.

"That's my point, some people can do stuff and some people can't.

"In my head, I've been through so much, this is easy - and I don't give a f**k what anyone says."
