Only A Handful Of People Can Spot The Difference Between These Photos

Did you ever play spot the difference as a kid? Some may be thinking: 'As a kid? I love it now', and that's fine, me too. But after two minutes (maximum) of searching I get bored. It's not going to make me lose sleep if I don't find the sixth difference, honestly.
But if I find all of the 'differences' I feel a great sense of achievement which is usually tinged with the knowledge that the puzzle was just too easy because otherwise I'd have got bored, like usual.
And now there's new 'spot the difference' type pictures for you to have a gander at and it's actually pretty interesting. It gives a fascinating explanation as to why our eyes do what they do.
According to psychologists, we're actually not very good at detecting changes in our surroundings - and it's all because of something called 'change blindness'.
The Mirror reported that when we're in certain situations there is so much going on around us we simply can't process it all. Sounds logical.
All the information it processed in the same way, which means that sometimes we miss something that we would have thought was shockingly obvious.
The example of this comes from vision care experts Lenstore UK.
So, here's the first picture:

Looks alright doesn't it? Somewhere we'd love to be right now. Oh wait, the weather is probably warmer in the UK anyway.
And here's the second snap:

Now then, don't tell porkies but you can't tell the difference can you?
Well here's what's going down. If you focus on the right side of the pictures where the beach is shaded by the cliff, you might see the difference?
Still don't have a clue? You really must have lazy little eyes.
Basically a number of the sunbathers have been edited out of the original photo which is an easy version of the test, and to play properly you should flick between the images every few seconds.
The clever LADs at Lenstore UK have released a new interactive brainteaser which does just this. You can take part here.
The test is made up of five sets images, and a small change has been made to each. It then flicks through the photos and try to spot the difference.
Some early morning reading to wake you up nice and alert for the day ahead. You're welcome.
