A porn actor who is also an RAF reservist says the military is fine with his career of choice as long as he doesn't wear his uniform in his adult films.
Marc McAulay, 29, from Monifieth, is the first Scottish actor to be nominated for five Prowler awards - Europe's biggest gay porn awards.
It's quite a change in career for McAulay, who joined the RAF as a gunner in 2012, fulfilling a childhood dream.

However, just two years later he realised he wanted to come out of the service full-time and become a reservist.
Around this time, McAulay was approached by an adult entertainment agency after appearing in the Mr Gay UK competition and was asked along for a photoshoot.
Since then, his career within the porn industry has gone from strength-to-strength.

Despite his success, McAulay told the Evening Standard he still finds it hard to believe how much his career has taken off.
He told the newspaper: "I didn't expect my career to take off as quickly as it did so it was a lot to get your head around.
"Now the companies I work for reach a global audience and have over one million subscribers which is just absolutely mental."
And, although his new career is vastly different from his old one, he says people have been pretty understanding - even the RAF and the Ministry of Defence.
He said the MoD has allowed him to continue as an RAF reservist alongside his work in adult film.

He told the Evening Telegraph: "I was actually really shocked at how decent the RAF and the MoD were about me going in to the industry and still being a reservist.
"Of course they have rules and boundaries but ultimately said as long as I don't wear my uniform in films or bring the RAF into any of the shoots they were quite happy to let me continue.
"All the guys in my squadron are also fully aware of what I do and despite the occasional joke here and there everyone was really accepting which was great."
McAulay is hoping his fans show him some support and got voting in the upcoming Prowler awards, in which he's nominated in five categories.

Speaking about his recent nomination, he added: "I literally couldn't believe it when I got the email, these awards are like the red carpet of the gay porn industry and all the biggest names are there so it really is like my name is in the spotlights now."
In a statement, a Ministry of Defence spokesperson told LADbible: "As long as our personnel do not bring the RAF into disrepute, what they do in their private life is not a matter for the service."
