IBO champion Chris Eubank produced a dominant display in the World Boxing Super Series in Stuttgart, last night, beating the previously undefeated Avni Yildirim inside three rounds.
Eubank started as the stronger man and emphatically ended the fight just one minute and 58 seconds into the third round, flooring Yildirim with a powerful left hook.
The 28-year-old threw a total of 201 punches, landing 59 compared to his opponent's 23 - a commanding performance from Jr.

As Eubank Jr is talking, three ring girls came up behind him, seemingly wanting to be in the background during the interview, but Eubank Snr wagged his finger at them and told the trio to keep walking.
During his interview after the fight, Eubank Jr sent a message to Groves, remaining calm and emotionless: "I'm here to dominate this tournament. I'm sending a message out there that I'm coming."
Eubank added: "George Groves, get through your next fight so we can give the boxing fans what they want to see. I think it's going to be exactly the same as what we saw tonight. I'm not playing any more.

"He (Yildirim) was a strong come-forward fighter. But the experience is not there for him. He was 16-0 but he has to work technically on his abilities to compete with a fighter like me.
"Groves, I'm coming for you."

It was a fairly straight forward victory for the East Sussex born fighter, and Eubank is looking forward to a potential bout with George Groves, who will face Jr if he defends his WBA super-middleweight title against Jamie Cox. Groves has tweeted his congratulations for Eubank Jr after his victory, but those niceties will certainly fade when the pair step in the ring together.
We can't wait for Eubank vs Groves, well, that's if he manages to beat Jamie Cox next weekend.
