Crucially, the BUMBLEance also offers a service which includes medical personnel coming on board for children who may require urgent care whilst en route to their destination.
"We also have a service called an Angel trip. An angel trip is designed for a terminally I'll child who is making his/her final journey on earth before they grow their Angel Wings," a spokesperson for the BUMBLEance explained to us. "As an organisation we complete 750,000km per year, equivalent to 19 trips around the equator. We service approx 150 children per calendar month, a majority of which are trips to and from hospital visits," they continued.
