When you drive through the ritzy suburbs, it's easy to look at the huge properties and gorgeous cars and wonder whether you could one day have even a tiny bit of that.
Well, your prayers might be answered after an anonymous LAD decided to give away their very valuable stuff in a raffle that costs £10.50 ($13.90) to enter.
They're also giving at least £1 million ($1.31 million) of the prize to charity, which is pretty bloody nice of them.

The anonymous seller is offering people a chance to win his multi-million pound mansion, a Rolls-Royce, £50,000 cash, a tractor, a quad bike, and, strangely enough, 600 lightbulbs. While the lightbulbs might not be necessary, I'm sure that the rest of the haul will appeal to most people.
The mansion, near Tiverton, Devon, has four bedrooms, a wine cellar, a leisure complex with a pool and gym, and three golf holes - so it's not a bad gaff overall.
You also win all of his furniture, appliances and (crucially) hundreds of bottles of wine.
Yes, for just over a tenner all of this could be yours.

But why the hell would you want to give away all of your stuff to a complete stranger for a miniscule fraction of what it cost?
For a bit of a laugh as it turns out.
The seller has told the Daily Mail: "We've had some wonderful times in the house, which we designed and built ourselves. However, we have two grandchildren who live four hours' drive away and we want to be closer to them.
"We thought that selling the house through a competition would be a fun thing to do and would mean we could raise money for some of our favourite charities. We don't want the hassle of moving everything out.

"We just want to walk out with our clothes, personal possessions and family photos. That also means the winner has a ready-made home to walk into."

No matter how much you dislike the process of selling your house, or how much you miss your grandchildren - giving your mansion away for shits and giggles does not seem like the answer.

But that is just what the owners are going to do.
There's a smart business angle to the contest too though, as they will not be giving the prize away if less than 500,000 tickets are sold by 30 November 2018. Half a million tickets at £10.50 each is £5.25 million ($6.99 million) - minus £2 per ticket for charity, that's £4.25 million ($5.61 million). Quick maths.
So even after the charity cut is donated, they stand to make a profit, plus they get to have a bit of a giggle, and they don't have to deal with estate agents.
There's probably a really good reason these people are so rich. Well played, guys
