When Dan Clarke was contacted by a company that prides themselves on using 'handpicked and gorgeous' (not to mention, naked) hunks to work for them, he was... well, he was slightly puzzled.
Having said that, the 43-year-old estate agent from Cambridge decided he wasn't going to miss out on the opportunity and quickly responded - in the most hilarious of ways.
In their initial message to him, Butlers in the Buff UK wrote: "Hi Dan! Thank you for your interest in working for BITB.

"We are recruiting fun, confident, fit and charming guys to become party butlers.
"You need to be in great shape, have a great personality and be available to work flexible hours at weekends. The pay is £60 FOR 2 HOURS."
With that, the dad-of-two whipped his top off and got posing so that he could show the firm what they could have.
He accompanied the topless picture with a message that reads: "Wow, when you say flexible what do you mean? I can touch my toes." Impressive.
He then followed that up with a cheeky little request for a pay rise (before he'd even started), adding: "With this body could I command a little more like £70 per 2 hours?"

Speaking to LADbible, he said: "I definitely didn't apply. I was having two minutes away from my laptop with a colleague, scrolling through Facebook as you do.
"I saw the Butler in the Buff [page] and we laughed about it. I only hovered over the post, then scrolled on. Within 30 seconds I had been contacted by them with their first message.
"My colleague and I were howling with laughter. He said: 'Get your kit off and send in a picture and I'll buy you lunch,' I'm always up for a giggle... and a free lunch."
When we got in touch with Butler's in the Buff to see what had happened, they explained that the message would have been one of the automated ones (sorry Dan) and sent some pictures over of the guys that work for them.

The company told LADbible: "Here at Butlers in the Buff we are recruiting across the country for hunky, gym-going guys who take a pride in their appearance and are happy and confident to serve drinks and play party games at hen parties...
"Wearing nothing more than our trademark outfit which consists of a white collar, bow tie, white cuffs and a bottom revealing apron.
"They need to be polite and charming but for us the biggest attribute we are looking for is personality.

"Here Dan's personality really shone through... he may need a bit more gym work before he gets his first shift but charisma and banter go a long way..."
When we asked Dan what he made of all that, he explained: "I'm a little more butler in the buffet than butler in the buff.
"I'm thinking of mocking up and BITB outfit to show them what they are missing."
