A student has made a TikTok video to showcase the numerous problems with his £131-a-week accommodation.

Sharing the funny clip, TikTok user Josh Landi, who uses the handle @mrlandi, introduced 'things in my uni accommodation that just make sense'.

Opening up the front door at his accommodation while holding a brush and mop, the student shows his followers the 'random hole in the roof that leaks every time it rains', before moving onto the 'hole in the wall that is the same size as my head'.

We're then shown 'the drawer that opens without a drawer' and a 'bucket with a mysterious substance everybody is too scared to touch'.

He then shows off a pair of very loud curtains that he calls a 'fashionable pair of curtains, that if they were a girl on Tinder, I wouldn't hesitate to super like' as well as the freezer that has a 'bigger iceberg than the one that sunk the Titanic'.

The clip has been viewed more than four million times and has racked up thousands of comments from users - many of whom were quick to share their own student accommodation woes while others complimented the very soothing voice over and musical accompaniment.

One person joked: "The water feature at the start really set off the rest of the video for a nice tour."

While another wrote: "I pay £170-a-week for pretty much the same quality."

A third posted: "Gotta love uni accommodation."

While poor Josh might be having a bad time with his accommodation, students living at the £2,000-a-month IconInc student halls in Lincoln are right at the other end of the spectrum.

The fancy-pants accommodation boast a private cinema, a steam room, a slide, a bespoke yoga space, and you can even fork out an additional cost to for optional extras for personal trainers and professional cleaning.

There are seven different flats in the Lincoln development, created by the Parklane Group, and the prices start from £155 per week, rising to as much as £1,950 per month.

There are also other versions in Leeds and Liverpool, and their website claims: "Here at IconInc, you will be surrounded by like-minded people.

"You'll have your own individual apartment and facilities which are inspired by the luxurious life you want to live."

Yeah, but does it have a drawer that opens without a drawer?
