Lord of the Rings fans, gather round. Ever fancied visiting a Hobbit-hole? Even better - staying in one? Well, here's your chance. Feast your eyes on this:

Hidden away in the middle of a vineyard in Sussex, the Hobbit House has everything you'd need - including a hot tub.

It's not just hidden in the vineyard - it's buried into a bank with a grass roof.

The hideaway offers unique luxury accommodation, and was built by local craftsmen from local materials.

It's got two bedrooms, both en-suite, and can sleep up to four people.

There's also a kitchen, living space and dining table as well as an indoor stove to keep you all toasty warm.

Alright, maybe you can't stay there immediately. In fact there's no availability for a while - January 2020 is the nearest free date (at the time of writing).

But at thos point you might be thinking, 'It'll be very expensive.' Well, that's not quite the case - a two-night stay could set you back £484.50.

If you don't fancy doing the maths, that's just over £120 each - assuming you've got three mates who would also be up for it. Not bad, eh?

The reviews aren't too bad either - unsurprisingly. One person wrote: "We were fortunate to be able to spend a week in this amazing place.

"From the moment we arrived, it was like being transported to the Shire with the Hobbit House also looking stunning from the outside."

Another keen visitor said: "Forget about the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings and all of that malarkey, come to this place for some serious relaxation in a setting that could easily be somewhere in the south of France.

"It's hard to find fault, the house is more Grand Designs than a film set, you are more likely to see a Kevin McCloud than a Bilbo Baggins, with the craftsmanship and attention to detail first class."

That reviewer is also keeping an eye out for your welfare in the kitchen too, as they add: "Even the knives were sharp."

Erm, good to know.

Anyway, if you want to book a stay here, you can visit the website here. We'll try and beat you to it.
