WARNING, DISTRESSING CONTENT: An Entire KFC Meal Was Found Dropped On A Pavement And The Tragic Events Have Left People Mortified

The mood drops, a lowly man strolls across the road, fighting back tears. The sky turns from blue to deepening red, as if splattered with tears of blood.

In the distance, a young busker calmly sings an acoustic rendition of Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares 2 U; the sounds of his guitar strings echoing around an empty high street.

In the foreground - an entire KFC meal lies on the pavement, fallen, desecrated, defiled.

If that isn't the opening to your worst nightmare, then what is? I can think of very little else that would wake me up in a spate of cold sweats.

Unfortunately, this story is not a nightmare - it's a reality.

An untouched KFC meal was left in the early hours of this morning in Cheltenham, and is yet to be returned to it's owner.

We're yet to get the full details on the meal, but I'm assuming it's a 3 Piece Original Recipe meal.

Across the internet, people were left mortified by the scenes after they were originally reported by the Gloucestershire Echo. Had this been a Mighty Bucket for One, I'm guessing the country would have been on lock-down.
