A rescue dog who had abused by her previous owner has struck up a strong bond with a baby. Ahh.
Nora, an English Pointer, was rescued by Elizabeth Spence from her local dog shelter, after being abused earlier in her life.
Elizabeth, from Canada, took Nora home but found that the dog struggled to fit in with her new family. That was until Elizabeth gave birth to little Archie and the pair struck up an unusual friendship.

In fact, according to Elizabeth, Archie is pretty much the only human Nora isn't afraid of.

A cute baby and a cute dog, what's not to love? This might be my new favourite Insta account, to be honest.
Elizabeth, who has three children, reckons Nora gets on so well with Archie because he's so chilled.
She told the Dodo: "Archie is an extremely laid-back, happy, good-natured baby and all the animals seem to really respond to that, particularly Nora.
"She came from an abusive background and is afraid of almost everything. Not Archie, though. She absolutely adores him!
"If Archie is having a bath, Nora is lying on the bath mat waiting for him to get out. If I'm nursing him she wants up on my lap, too."
