Whether you care about American politics or not, you're probably aware of the amount of conspiracy theories that claim George Bush did 9/11.
You can say what you want about the former president, but he is evidently a generous man. He gave this waitress a $40 tip, on top of the $21.47 bill he was paying.
However, rather than his generousity gaining attention, it was the girls tweet that became popular.

The girl who put the tweet, Leisa, told Mic that she never expected the tweet to go viral and that it was actually misunderstood.
"I have a couple of friends that use the meme a lot and they were the only ones I was expecting to see the tweet. I was just trying to get a laugh out of my friends but I in no way actually believe the conspiracy. I actually completely respect Bush and I don't think he actually did 9/11. It was just a little tip at the huge joke that everyone says, and I didn't expect anyone to see the tweet except my 200 followers at the time," she said.
She has since deleted the tweet and instead pinned an explanation in its place.
