Hamza Young Boss was on the bus when he saw the woman fall near the doors after the bus hit a dip in the road, and captured the scene on his Facebook account.

The elderly woman's head ended up wedged between the door and a pole, meaning she was stuck on the floor. The unidentified Muslim woman walked over and held her hand to comfort her for 20 minutes until help arrived.
