A US man was born with a rare condition which means that he has two penises - even more unusual, he says his are both '100 percent fully functional'.
The man, who goes by the name Double Dick Dude, opened up about his unusual condition in an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit in 2014.
Since gaining notoriety for his double endowment - the man has released a book called "Double Stuffed: Steamy Tales From My Love Life with Two Penises" and has had many requests from the porn industry - as you can imagine.

But it's not something that he's ever done - when asked if he'd considered porn, he wrote: "Yes I did, a few years ago. But decided against it. It's one thing to be unique it's another thing to be a novelty.
"I'd only be popular for so long and then I'd just be another blip in the hiccup of the porn business. The pay is shit from what I've seen and I don't need money, I'm comfortable now.
"Besides, I can't figure a value for my dignity. the only reason I let photos out is because i thought people might like to know, at least one guy with two normal dicks exists. All the others are pretty scary looking and I feel for them.'
The rare condition, called diphallia, is believed to effect one in every 5.5million males in America - so, quite unusual then. But what makes this case even more exceptional is that both of his penises work.
Speaking in 2014, bi-sexual DDD (that's what I'm calling him, OK?) said he had been in a serious three-way relationship with a man and a woman, but that in the past his condition had made 'a few run screaming'.
He also says that he's managed to keep the whole thing pretty quiet - and that unless you were going to have sex with him you wouldn't even know. I'm not sure how he manages to keep something like this a secret, but fair play.

And, in case you're wondering (and I know you are) - yes, he does have a favourite. When asked he replied: "The right one. The left one has a grudge against me for it too."
