Nigel Farage Trolled After Doing Facebook Live In Short Shorts

Nigel Farage Trolled After Doing Facebook Live In Short Shorts

It's rare you see a politician's upper thigh, isn't it? Strange times indeed

Now, I think we can all agree that one of the only good things about living in enforced lockdown is being able to wear whatever we want all the time, as Nigel Farage proved in a Facebook Live video last night:

If you're going to do a Facebook Live while in quarantine, you have to remember that you are in essence going public with your lockdown look - and the public might not be as comfortable with it as you are.

Farage demonstrated this perfectly yesterday (Wednesday 8 April) when he shared a live stream from his home in which he discussed the coronavirus pandemic and the government's response to it.

However, it seems a lot of viewers couldn't concentrate on what he was saying, having been distracted by his short shorts, which left a fair bit of thigh on show.

Nige didn't leave a lot to the imagination.

One person commented: "Please don't move your hands, really don't want to accidentally see a b*****k!"

Another said: "It's like watching Alan Partridge with his short shorts.."

A third added: "Bloody hell Nigel! Shorts! I hope little Nigel doesn't fall out!"

The 56-year-old Brexit Party leader's leggy livestream subsequently became the subject of widespread (like his legs) trolling on social media too:

In a way, we may have some sympathy with Nigel - we've all probably got quite used to seeing him in a suit, which he of course has no cause to wear at the moment.

But while it's his prerogative what he wears within the confines of his home, perhaps he'd do us all a favour and consider wearing a touch more fabric next time he does a crotch-centric broadcast.

Let's all bring some positivity, support and fun to anyone who might find themselves in isolation as a result of the coronavirus spread. Need some entertainment? Join Isolation Nation: https://www.facebook.com/groups/coronasupport/
