People Left Fuming After Watching Troll's 'How To Make Tea' Video

Nothing divides opinion in the UK quite like how to make a cup of tea. However, one absolute reprobate has posted a video to TikTok which, to be honest, should probably come with a graphic content warning.

If you're of a nervous disposition, I'd advise not to watch. The video was shared with the caption: "How to kill a British person in 15 seconds..."

In the 15-second video, which one viewer accurately described as 'painful', you first see a mug being filled with boiling water. Milk is then recklessly thrown in, before a whole load of sugar. And then - and this is the bit that hurts most - a teabag is dunked in for mere seconds, before being abruptly removed.

The liquid that is left is nothing short of an offensive shade. And then a Jaffa Cake is launched in - what a waste.

To conclude, the revolting 'brew' is put exactly where it belongs: on the floor outside. Naturally, people have been left horrified by the clip.

If the aim is to troll a nation worked, thanks to going straight for the British jugular, then mission accomplished. Many people set out the correct way to make tea - a source of debate in itself, although we can all agree the answer is 'not like this'. Others simply vented their fury.

One viewer wrote: "This should be punishable by death," while another complained: "This is so wrong. What are you doing? You have literally just killed me, nobody makes a cup of tea like that."

A third person warned: "The Queen of Britain is on her way rn. You hurt my feelings with this video."

The correct order - @ me if you want - is:

• Teabag
• Sugar (optional)
• Hot water (as soon as the kettle boils)
• Wait for at least a minute
• Squeeze tea bag
• Add milk to taste

However, realising that you can't troll an entire nation and get away with it, the same TikTok user decided to attempt to redeem themselves by posting another video:

This one was captioned: "How I make a cup of tea," and they almost get it right (the teabag and milk should never meet, in my opinion), before serving it with a side of Jaffa Cakes.

A more or less acceptable way to create our national treasure, I think we can all agree.
