Don't you just hate it when you're trying to show how grateful you are to the nation's healthcare workers, but everyone gets distracted by your knee's resemblance to an EastEnders character instead?
Amanda Holden is the latest to fall foul to this affliction. The 49-year-old shared a clip on Twitter and Instagram last night of her taking part in the weekly tribute, but her spotlight was stolen as Instagram users claimed to spot an unexpected appearance from Pat Butcher on her left knee.
TV presenter Gethin Jones was among those to identify the face, commenting: "I feel like your left knee cap is a face that's smiling too."

But some were convinced it wasn't just any old mug - it was the late Pat Butcher, who was played by Pam St Clement.
One person went as far as to say it was 'definitely Pat Butcher', however, there wasn't a clear consensus on this.
Donald Trump, Paul Scholes, Nicola Sturgeon, Moira Stuart, Bill Clinton, Angela Merkel, Elton John, Joe Pasquale and Pugsley from The Addams Family were all among the many faces identified in Amanda Holden's knee.
But who do you see in Amanda Holden's knee? Yes, this is how we entertain ourselves in week whatever-it-is of lockdown. Here's hoping all celebrities who post videos of themselves clapping carers will henceforth make sure they're wearing shorts so we can try to identify famous people's profiles on their patellas.

Amanda seemed to see the funny side of it anyway, responding to Gethin's comment by saying: "Omg. Hilarious!!" This was accompanied by not one, but two diagonal crying laughing emojis.
Absolutely in stitches, she was.
The clap for carers has become somewhat of a contentious issue over the weeks. What started out as a rallying display of appreciation and camaraderie has been somewhat tainted by groups of people gathering at close range to take part in it, which completely defeats the point doesn't it?
So please, when clapping carers, make sure you're observing social distancing. Though you'll be forgiven if a celebrity suddenly appears on your knee. Not a lot you can do about that, it seems.
