So most of us aren't that far into quarantine, but those of us who are self-isolating for whatever reason have likely started to realise it could end up being a bit of a slog.

But stop right there with that negativity - Seth Rogen has shown us how we can embrace the rare opportunity presented to us to do nothing. While isolating, he's decided to live his best life and watch Tom Hooper's Razzie award-winning Cats while getting stoned - because, why not?

Seth Rogen watched Cats while high and live-tweeted the experience.

And of course, what is a descent into madness unless it's live-tweeted?

Most of us can now take the chance to catch up on some films we would never watch if it wasn't for the fact we had NOTHING ELSE TO DO - and for Seth, one of those films was evidently Cats.

For some reason, the movie got absolutely slated (I'll let you be the judge of that), but on Tuesday night, Seth experienced it for the first time and - as we can learn from him - the best, and only, way to watch it is intoxicated.

At the start of his journey into the depths, Rogen said: "I'm pretty stoned and watching Cats. I've never seen the Broadway show. It is truly trippy. Am I supposed to know what a Jellicle is?"

If it makes you feel any better Seth, no - nobody does, because the film is ridiculous, but you weren't to know.

Rogen then noted: "Judi Dench is in a cat fur coat which I can only assume is socially APPALLING in this world."

He also wasn't best pleased with the technicalities of the film which - I can vouch for him on this - make no sense whatsoever:

Again - as pointed out by Seth, the technicalities are baffling:

And - to sum up the whole concept of Cats:

You can see Seth's full, insightful critique (and I mean that genuinely) of the film here.

Enjoy, quarantine pals.
