A man has used his wife's text messages to create motivational quotes in a heart-warming video. He shared it on TikTok:

Showing that married life after three lockdowns and a year of coronavirus can still be exciting, the TikTok user posted the touching moments that he and his wife have shared.

The caption reads: "You lift me up..."

The footage begins with @billthegent looking wistfully into the middle distance, while A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton starts up.

It reads: "Turning my wife's texts into inspirational quotes."

The first one is overlaid on top of a lovely sunset, with the romantic text reading: "Have you had a s**t? It stinks."

The next simply says: "Make a brew."

Other ditties that his loving wife has written to him include 'I'm gonna lose my s**t in a min' and 'there's p**s on the seat again'.

The final text of the selection is set against a rainbow backdrop and says: "Your [sic] a dickhead."

Sometimes, simplicity really is key, isn't it.

In a later video, which he titles: "Part two of literally thousands," he is also called a 'Grade 1 c**t' and kindly told by his significant other to 'stop being such a c**k'.

While in a third, he addresses the spelling mistake she made, to which he got a fairly straightforward reply.

When he must have corrected her, he got the response:

Again, you have to give it to her, she's certainly fair.

The original video has been viewed more then 500,000 times on the social media platform, gathering more than 15,000 likes.

Viewers really seemed able to relate to the post.

One said: "My dear sir, this is quite frankly truly inspirational."

Another replied: "I've forwarded this to my husband to show many wives as inspirational as us do exist."

A third wrote back: "All terms of endearment, at least that's what i tell my hubby when i text him very similar messages."

Someone else gave him some stellar relationship advice. They commented: "You are married to a poet and a philosopher, keep hold of this one."

And when all is said and done, the motivation really shone through. Another viewer wrote: "If these quotes don't get you through the day, nothing will.

The creator of the video replied, saying: "I'm here to inspire."
