Honestly, even if you have a cast-iron stomach this video is likely to make you feel a bit queasy. OK, don't say I didn't warn you and don't come crying to me if you lose your lunch after watching this.

A woman was filmed popping a massive cyst on her uncle's neck because he didn't have health insurance to pay for it to be done by the professionals and, not going to lie, she seems to have done a pretty decent job.

Jennifer Woods, from Texas, was able to come to her uncle's rescue after he had suffered with the particularly massive cyst for four months.

Poor James Woods (no, not that one) had put up with the cyst for so long as he didn't have the medical insurance to cover its removal, so niece Jennifer literally took matters into her own hands.

Jennifer said: "He has never had one before, it was really painful for him.

"We did it at home because he was denied having it done at a medical facility because he doesn't have insurance.

"I actually felt excited doing it, I love this sort of stuff! I also very happy to be helping my uncle."

What a woman, not only is she helping out her family, but she also managed to enjoy herself while she was doing it.

In the clip, Jennifer can be seen looking part wearing rubber gloves and she's set up tissues, cotton and some antiseptic on hand for when it's needed. She then sets to work popping the thing and extracting all the gunk inside. Wonderful.

And despite having no formal training the whole thing appears to have gone pretty well for James.

"He felt a bit of pain during the squeeze which is why we had a couple breaks," Jennifer said.

"So far nothing has returned."

All is well that ends well then, eh?

I reckon Jennifer could have a bright career ahead of her as a professional cyst popper...if such a thing exists.
