Woman Left With Face 'Like A Rectangle' Following Fat Removal Procedure
A woman from Australia was left with a face 'like a rectangle' following a cosmetic procedure. You can watch the video of her revealing her new look to stunned friends and family below:
Sofia Marroquin shared the video on TikTok, where it has been viewed 3.6 million times, with many people asking why the 19-year-old underwent the procedure.
In a subsequent video, she explained that her rectangular jawline was caused by temporary swelling following a 'Kybella treatment', whereby injections are used to reduce fat under the chin.
She said: "Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn't purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.
"I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.
"Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat - just a little bit - just to make it look a little better. That's all. It's still really swollen and really numb."

Sofia spent $500 AUD (£277) on four vials, which she said was an 'amazing price', and she is still waiting for the swelling to fully go down before she can assess her final result.
Speaking to LADbible, she said: "I'm almost back to normal! Still a little bit swollen. I should be getting results soon!
"I knew it would swell up but i didn't know it would be THAT bad! I scared myself when I looked in the mirror."
Another unexpected outcome of this procedure was Sofia's newfound viral fame, which caught her totally off guard too.
She said: "I was very surprised, I never expected it. I gained 20,000 followers in three days. I honestly just expected my friends to see it!"
Well, millions of people have seen your rectangular face now Sofia. To see how the end result turns out, you can follow her on TikTok here.
