A woman had to show her disbelieving fiancé that she featured in the film Ted. Watch here:

Former actor Pariss Athena shared the moment she and her other half pinpointed her appearance in the comedy in a TikTok video which has been viewed 3.1 million times.

In the video, the couple excitedly hone in on her fleeting appearance as an extra, with Pariss' fiancé proudly proclaiming: "That's my baby! That's my baby!"

Pure pride.

However, some people couldn't believe he didn't know his other half was in the movie.

Commenting on the video, one person said: "You literally carried that movie."

Another added: "Girl if you weren't in that video I wouldn't have watched it."

Others were keen to point out other notable aspects of the video - namely their annoying TV and Pariss' repeated claims that she was 'coming'.

One person joked: "That's the most she's ever said 'I'm comin!'"

Another said: "I have personal problems with the fact your TV dims when it's paused."

Another agreed: "WHY DOES YOUR TV GO DIM WHEN YOU PAUSE???? it's making me mad LMFAOOO."

Last month, a woman aimed to shock her husband for a TikTok video - but it didn't quite go to plan.

Maggie Clayton (@theblondebrewer) said she wanted to film her husband's reaction as he walked in to find her wearing 'super cute' lingerie, admitting she hadn't worn any in a long time.

But the video she ended up with actually showed her surprised father-in-law receiving the eyeful intended for his son.

Clayton posted the clip on TikTok with the caption: "How do I fix this? I was so embarrassed."

Oh dear.

In the video, she says: "I have this super cute lingerie, and I thought it would be fun to put it on and wait for my husband to come home and get his reaction.

"I haven't worn lingerie in years, guys."

The video then cuts to her wearing the lingerie, covered up with a pink dressing gown.

"I got it on, and he should be home soon," she says.

Clayton then tells viewers that her husband has arrived home, but the man that proceeds to walk into the room isn't her husband, but her father-in-law, who looks... Well, like he's just seen his son's wife in lingerie.

"Oh s***!" he squeals, before quickly fleeing.

Well, how's that for a taste of your own surprise medicine?
