Man Shares Photo Of The Time His Parents Caught Him Watching Porn

It takes some balls to share this...

Tom Wood

A brave Twitter user has shared a hilarious photograph of him, aged just nine years old, getting caught red-handed looking at some 'adult' content online by his parents.

Show me someone for whom this isn't a slightly familiar situation, and I'll show you a liar. We've all been there.

The difference is that most of us don't get reminded of it frequently enough to share it on the internet for all to see.

No such luck for Reno, who's now 20. The South Carolina native was caught surfing PornHub by his dad and his fiancée and - instead of giving him a telling off - they took a picture and told him that he'd find it funny later on.

Yep, it's pretty funny.

Hey, they were right. I'll let him explain.

Reno told LADbible: "I was at my dad and his fiancée's at the time, they were off in the kitchen so I thought I was safe to browse the web upstairs without really being bothered.

"I was originally just on YouTube listening to music, but my curiosity got the best of me and typing in 'naked girls' on YouTube didn't get me anywhere. Fast forward a little bit and all I'm really doing is observing, it was mind blowing to me that all of this imagery was allowed on the internet."

So far, this could be any adolescent boy in the entire world.

At least he had the stones to own up to it...

However, matters then took a drastic turn for the worse.

Reno continued: "I don't know if I had heard him [my father] just too late or if I would've been able to cover my tracks in time anyway but I heard my full name come out of his mouth"

Oh dear. That's a universal indicator that you're in deep s***.

However, it wasn't actually that bad in the end.

He explained: "He basically just told me I wasn't ready for these kinds of things yet.

"I remember him taking the picture and telling me I'd look back later and laugh; and then he and his fiancée had laughed about it for a majority of my pubescent life."

These days, Reno is a bit more careful...

That just leaves one final question to be answered. What's up with the Santa hat? That would be one hell of a way to ruin Christmas Day, right?

Reno said: "I don't believe that this was done on Christmas Day, I'm not sure which would be funnier, but I'm fairly certain I was just wearing the hat because it was winter time and my ears were cold."

Does that somehow make it worse? It's tough to say.

Either way, Reno learned his lesson. Or, at least, he learned how to cover his tracks.

Go incognito, dude.

He told us: "I definitely learned my lesson, and haven't been caught red-handed in 10 years, knock on wood.

"My father had a 'boys will be boys' attitude about it.

"He didn't really invade my privacy after that, and I took precautions like staying on private browsing at all times so that my history couldn't be seen by him.

"It's not my favorite conversation starter but it will still get a laugh out of the both of us today."

Well, at least everyone is laughing now. One to tell the grandkids, surely?

Perhaps not...
