Model Who Showers With Parrot Insists It's 'Definitely Not A Fetish'

A model who showers with her parrot has insisted that it's 'definitely not a fetish'. Watch her wash with her bird buddy here:

Heidi Lavon, who lives in Oregon, USA, frequently washes with her bird - with partner James Marshall Ramsey often hopping in too.

But while it may seem strange to you and I, Heidi reckons it's perfectly normal.

Speaking to The Daily Star, she said: "I take lots of showers with my parrot.

"My partner showers with him too and it's totally normal to us and other bird people.

"It might be weird or different for people that are not bird people. A lot of people don't realise how sweet and cuddly birds are.

"People are so used to it being dogs or cats, but don't realise how awesome birds are."

And if you think someone would only shower with a parrot for sexual reasons (I'm not sure why exactly you'd think that), then Heidi's got news for you.

She said: "It's definitely not a fetish. It's just a regular thing that bird especially parrot owners do.

"Some mist them, while others just take showers with them.

"He sings, he yells and does all cute things.

"My TikTok is very much centred around tattoos and birds."

And she's not the only social media star to address her distinctive content of late - 'Britain's most tattooed woman' Becky Holt recently revealed what she would look like without her distinctive ink.

The 33-year-old has covered 95 percent of her body in tats - spending an estimated £35,000 - and had to move on to her face after she ran out of space.

But she revealed what she would look like without all of that spend in a cover-up pic posted on Instagram:

Earlier this year, Becky appeared on This Morning and told host Phillip Schofield how she came to get her first tattoo on her face.

She said: "I think it was about five years ago that I did these ones on the side.

"I ran out of space and I just wanted more. I always said that I was never going to get tattoos on my hands, my throat, or my face, I always wanted them to be covered with clothes because they were for me, they weren't for anybody else.

"But then once I ran out of space and I got so addicted to it that I thought, 'Do you know what? I'm just going to go for it. I'm already so covered I may as well just put them anywhere'."
