OK, so 'ghost' is quite a large leap to make, but if you've checked out the video above there, you'll see that it's pretty baffling.
In the video, a woman called Megh explains how her 'unexplained picture' shows her family celebrating their Christmas together, and while her dad kneels on the floor, some sort of thing is just hovering behind him.
Megh admits that the ghoulish apparition is something of a 'family mystery', while also appealing for anyone who can explain the phenomenon to come forward.
To be fair, there have been some suggestions that would make sense.
One person wrote: "So, I'm a photographer and this is a panorama photo and someone was walking by, and you can tell [because] of the way the fireplace is."
Sounds reasonable enough, but it's not as much fun, is it?
As Megh points out in the video, whatever this thing in the room is, there's no shadow beneath it, and it's just ominously hovering around near to her dad and grandma.
Again, most people seem to believe that it's just a glitch in the photo, and that someone took a panoramic photo - that's a reasonable conclusion. But as we've already pointed out, where's the fun in that?
"You took the photo in panoramic mode. The distorted fireplace is a dead giveaway," another said.
However - of course - there are those who are fully bought into the idea that it's some sort of paranormal presence.
One person said: "If this was a person walking by, why the heck was it wearing traditional desert clothing worn by horsemen from the 18th century?"
OK, that's a spicy hot take.
Spicier still, another person said: "If you zoom in on the image you can see a number of souls that it has harvested, I think it's a soul collector."
Whatever you say, mate.
One thing is for sure, it's definitely created a fair amount of debate.
The video has received more than 500 comments and has been liked nearly 9,000 times since it was shared.
Whether it actually represents anything supernatural is not clear. It could just be a glitch of the camera, or a botched panoramic image.
Some people really want to believe though, don't they?
