A sex doll maker from China is hoping to create the first ever 'smart' doll, which can talk, play music and do the washing up. Sexy.
Exdoll, in Dalian China, makes about 400 custom-built sex robots every month, the Daily Mail reports. The most popular doll is the pretty basic one which will set you back $400 (£280).
However, its newest smart model - called Xiaodie - is on sale for $4,000 (£2,800), but for your money you'll get a doll that's fitted with a smart-technology similar to Siri or Alexa, which means it can speak and use the internet, you can also hook it up to your smart-appliances, like your dishwasher.
Exdoll says now they've got the standard smart-doll designed and within a year the dolls will be able to mimic facial expressions, recognise its owner's voice and follow people around the room with its eyes. Not at all frightening.
The dolls' creators have said that as well as being top-notch sex-bots, they could also potentially be repurposed and used as 'medical assistants' and 'receptionists'.
Exdoll marketing director Wu Xingliang told AFP: "China has a shortage of women, and this is a factor in why there's this demand, but they're not just for sex.
"We're designing them so they can have meaningful conversations with you and help with chores around the house."
The doll can be synced up to a app on your phone or you can give it verbal commands, similar to how Siri works. The company hopes that future tweaks will give the bots AI with the chief development officer telling AFP the end goal is to create the 'most beautiful and most human-like robot possible'.

Adding that massive moves have been made in recent months, meaning that the tech for sex dolls is spot on.
With the tech side already under control, Wu said Exdoll can now focus on making them look the best they can, with the dolls being completely customisable - everything from height, bra size, eye-colour and amount of pubic hair is down to the buyer.
And, don't forget it's less than two weeks until Valentine's Day, guys.
