A renewed interest in Kirsten Dunst has come from fans after she admitted kissing Brad Pitt when she was a kid was "very weird."
The American actress became recognised for her role in the 1994 film Interview With The Vampire, in which she shared a kiss with the Irish actor, who is 20 years her senior. Kirsten Dunst was 12 at the time and was nominated for a Golden Globe for best supporting actress.
Since then, Dunst has continued to have a successful career in TV and film - and her net worth reflects it.
Born on 30th April 1982, Kirsten Dunst turned 39-years-old on her birthday in 2021. She was born in New Jersey, US and has American and German citizenship. Her mother is American with German-Swedish descent and her father is German.
Estimates suggest that Kirsten Dunst is worth $25 million (£18.6 million) in 2021.
Dunst became a household name for her role in the Spider-Man trilogy with Tobey Maguire. She played Mary Jane Watson and reportedly earned an eye-watering combined total of $20 million (£14.9 million) from the franchise. She was paid $7 million (£5.2 million) for the first sequel and $10 million (£7.4 million) for the second sequel.
The actress has been engaged to actor Jesse Plemons since 2017. They met on the set of Fargo in 2016, in which they were both the stars.
Dunst and Plemons have two children. In May 2018, their first son, Ennis Howard Plemons was born and in May 2021, they welcomed their second son, James Robert Plemons.
Before her relationship with Plemons, Dunst dated Jake Gyllenhaal between 2002-2004 and Razorlight band member Johnny Borell in 2007. Between 2012-2016, she was in a relationship with her On The Road co-star Garrett Hedlund and they were briefly engaged.
