Vanessa Hudgens has graced our screens again with a third instalment of The Princess Switch. After lapping that up on Netflix within minutes of it being released, fans want to know if there'll be a fourth movie.
The hit Christmas film, which stars Vanessa Hudgens, Vanessa Hudgens and er... Vanessa Hudgens, first came to the streaming service in 2018 and proved an instant success.
Now in its third outing, The Princess Switch: Romancing The Star, sees Hugdens reprise her roles as Lady Margaret (now Queen of Montenaro), Stacy (now a princess) and Fiona, Margaret's disgraced cousin.

As always, trouble was brewing for the doppelgangers just before Christmas, which forced Margaret and Stacy to seek the help of Fiona to rescue a priceless ornament stolen while on loan from the Vatican.
Will there be a Princess Switch 4?
Nothing has been confirmed by Netflix yet, but that doesn't mean there won't be. Without spoiling the ending for those who haven't seen it yet, The Princess Switch 3 is left open for another film.
It's always hard to predict what Netflix will do. In some cases, a series or film is renewed before the first one even airs, while others, despite their obvious popularity and success, can go years before being greenlit.

We'll let you know as soon as we get an update and as for a suspected release date, well, next Christmas would be the obvious guess.
Who would be in The Princess Switch 4?
Well, Vanessa Hudgens makes up half of the cast, so she would need to be available.
We'd also likely see the return of Sam Palladio as Edward Wyndham (Prince of Belgravia and Stacy's Husband), and Nick Sagar as Kevin Richards (Margaret's husband and future Prince Consort of Montenaro).

The fourth instalment could also see the return of Remy Hii, who appears as Fiona's ex Peter Maxwell in the third movie. Of course, Fiona will need her henchmen if there was to be a fourth movie, so Mark Fleischmann (Frank De Luca), Ricky Norwood Reggie), and Florence Hall (Mindy) are all expected to reprise their roles.
