Anyone crazy enough to mistake actor Steve McFadden for a one-trick pony clearly hasn't seen his cover of Sia's 'Cheap Thrills'.
Finally, after all the years of playing the hard man as Phil Mitchell on Eastenders, McFadden was able to let out his inner pop star.
Taking to the mic on Birmingham's Capital FM Breakfast Show, McFadden, 57, graced his listeners with 'Cheap Phills' (like what you did there). Here it is.

Steve Mcfadden AKA Phil Mitchell was on the show and we got him to cover @SIA......

To be honest, that was absolutely mesmerising.
McFadden doesn't usually do press stints and often prefers to remain out of the
spotlight, making this moment even more golden. Twitter also agreed.
Should I be concerned that
T-Phills and Cheap Thrills sound the exact same in a song?

There's a theory in Radio that all you need is a good pun based title....with that in mind I give you CHEAP PHILLS :joy::joy::joy: https://t.co/ymUnuurGZi

He's not after 'dollar bills' or anything, just a bit of banter for early morning listeners.
