With Christmas just around the corner, rapper 50 Cent has given his son Sire the ultimate gift - renting out an entire Toys R Us store and letting the seven-year-old choose whatever he fancied. My inner child is seething with envy right now.

Little Sire got a private trip around the New Jersey store - one of only two locations to have a brand-new Toys R Us after the company went into administration and closed stores in 2018 - and was shown around by Geoffrey the Giraffe himself.

Fiddy even went ahead and had little Sire's face superimposed onto the logo and then had the words 'Sire's Toys R Us' - complete with signature backwards 'r's - written on the floor.

The rapper's ex - and Sire's mum - Daphne Joy shared a bunch of videos of their special trip on Instagram... and I don't care how old you are, you can't tell me that you're not feeling a touch of the green-eyed monster right now.

In the clips, Sire can be seen wandering around the packed shelves, picking up whatever he fancies, while adults can be seen carrying huge bags of goodies in the background.

In a particularly adorable moment, Sire gets involved with a Nerf gun fight with his dad and a second clip shows him playing 'rock, paper, scissors' with Geoffrey.

If you fancy your own private shopping trip around Toys R Us, TMZ has reported that 50 Cent dropped around $100,000 for the experience...

Still, although, your da probably won't be able to rent you out an entire store, it's good to see Geoffrey out of retirement with the opening of the new store, isn't it?

The new, more stream-lined Toys R Us opened its doors under new ownership last month.

Tru Kids Brands bought the company's assets at an auction in October 2018, partnering with b8ta, and has since opened two new stores.

Tru Kids Brands CEO Richard Barry told NJ.com: "Our vision is smaller, experiential stores.

"So, much smaller, but this store is packed with product, packed with amazing brands, packed with innovation, great technology."

A second store opened earlier this month in Texas and others are planned to roll out across the US in the future. Wonderful news.
