Aaron Paul has paid tribute to his Breaking Bad co-star Robert Forster after it emerged that the 78-year-old passed away yesterday.
Paul, 40, tweeted saying: "I am heartbroken to hear the news of the passing of Robert Forster. My god.

"I had the privilege of knowing this beautiful man and working along side of him. A true gentleman that loved to act. I love you my friend. Thank you for loving me. You are and always will be a legend."
Fans of the show responded with their admiration and support following Paul's tweet.
One said: "The scene with you and him in El Camino was one of the highlights of the movie." Another added: "At least he had the chance to appear in one last masterpiece in El Camino RIP."

A third fan commented: "Your scenes together in El Camino were my favorite. RIP."
As well as starring in Breaking Bad and El Camino, Robert was also nominated for an Oscar following his portrayal of Max Cherry in Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown and appeared in more than 100 other films.
