Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence are dating, according to Star magazine.
According to a source for the publication: "Brad and Jennifer have been enjoying lots of late nights together. There's an intense connection between them!"
I know what you're thinking: 'wowza, massive if true'. Well, sadly, apparently not.
Sources close to the actor have told the Sun that they are not together and definitely not dating.
"These are completely false reports," explained the source.

Who to believe? There's really no way of knowing, is there, with two sources from the bastions of the media industry locking heads like that. But one thing is for sure though - Lawrence recently split up with her boyfriend, director Darren Aronofsky.
Entertainment Tonight reports they broke up a month ago, although the separation was amicable. Aronofsky recently directed the thought-provoking film Mother!, which starred the Kentucky-born actor - in fact this was the project that sparked their romance, which has lasted for about a year.
Lawrence, 27, has previously given the Black Swan director nothing but praise, telling ET Online in September: "He's just brilliant. Incredibly instinctual."
While Aronofsky said: "I don't know what makes her great - maybe it was her parents, maybe it was the Kentucky water. I have no idea, but she's, like, a once-in-a-generation talent, and just a whirlwind and a hurricane and an earthquake and a thunderstorm of talent."
He added that there was no friction between their personal and professional relationships: "She's the type of actor that turns off all the intensity when she's not shooting, and then flips it on when she needs it. And so, in between action and cut, she's the character, and then when you call 'cut', she's Jennifer Lawrence again."
Lawrence has recently opened up about another aspect of her private life and how she's still processing it. The Oscar-winning actor said she felt 'violated' when nude photos on her phone were leaked to the public.

Speaking on the Hollywood Reporter's Awards Chatter podcast, the 27-year-old said: "When I first found out it was happening, my security reached out to me. It was happening minute to minute. It was almost like a ransom situation where they were releasing new ones [photos] every hour or so.
"I feel like I got gang-banged by the fucking planet. Like, there's not one person in the world that is not capable of seeing these intimate photos of me. You can just be at a barbecue and somebody can just pull them up on their phone. That was a really impossible thing to process.
"A lot of women were affected, and a lot of them reached out to me about suing Apple or suing [others] - and none of that was gonna really bring me peace, none of that was gonna bring my nude body back to me."
Fifty-three-year-old Pitt separated from Angelina Jolie in September of last year.
