BTS Superfan Gets Skin Whitening Injections To Look More Like Idol Jimin
A superfan of K-pop band BTS has undergone a series of injections into his face in an attempt to make himself look more like his idol Jimin.
Alongside the snaps, he wrote: "Skin whitening injections - to help my skin look more Korean. My skin tone is not as pale as Jimin's so I have had some Glutathione + Vit C-Peptide injections with microneedling to help make my skin whiter.
"It's very popular in Asia for people to undergo this procedure to reduce hyperpigmentation, to even skin tone and make skin more white."
He went on to thank the clinic that carried out the procedure for showing 'such care and dedication'.
The 30-year-old's post was flooded with comments from fellow superfans heaping praise on him and his newly polished skin.
Over the years, Oli has spent thousands on surgeries and cosmetic procedures to try and look more like his idol.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Oli revealed he'd splashed out £117,000 ($150,000) to achieve his look.
He explained: "I've done my nose five times. I had cheek bone reduction. I've done jaw bone surgery. I've done chin surgery - two operations on my chin. I've done my eyes. I've done my chest, I had gynecomastia, like man boobs, I had that removed and my nipples adjusted - that was painful. And I had liposuction on my chest area as well.
"Then loads of filler all the time. I had a nonsurgical brow lift the other week. I'm always doing non-surgical - injections in my eyes, eyelids, my cheeks."
Earlier this month, Oli cemented his love for Jimin by 'marrying' a life-sized cardboard cutout of him.
Oli flew out to Las Vegas for the nuptials, where an Elvis impersonator oversaw the whole thing, while a number of pals also attended the rather unique ceremony.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Oli said: "It was such an emotional ceremony. I felt very emotional. Jimin is my idol. I've spent a lot of money on surgery to look like him, and now I've actually married him."
Opening up about the emotional day he said, 'I do' to a piece of cardboard, he added: "I don't know what else I can do next. It's the happiest day of my life. I can almost cry."
