Caitlyn Jenner Surprised By Partner At The Hotel After Leaving I'm A Celeb

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! campmates are being kicked out left, right and centre. Last night we watched Caitlyn Jenner get the boot and fans of the ITV show were left heartbroken as no one was waiting to meet her as she crossed the bridge - where departing celebs are usually greeted by their family and friends. But not to worry:

The 70-year-old took to Instagram to mend the hearts of the nation, telling her followers: "Just got out of the jungle and actually getting hair and makeup done - and boy, do I need it! Haven't had it in weeks.

"But when I came out of the jungle - got a lot of friends there - but I had a big surprise when I got to the hotel. Sophia's here, yaaaaaaay".

Caitlyn turns the camera to 23-year-old Sophia, who had been waiting at the Palazzo Versace Gold Coast hotel. Phew.

Last night, Caitlyn became the seventh star to leave I'm A Celeb, but as she confidently strutted across the bridge to the photographers, it quickly became apparent that her nearest and dearest hadn't made the journey to greet her.

Viewers took to social media to share their shock at the reality TV star being left alone - despite having 10 children and 20 grandchildren - with some claiming they were 'heartbroken' for her.

Casting shade on the Kardashian/Jenner clan, one fan said: "Pretty much all Caitlyn Jenner's children have private jets and literally fly wherever they want whenever they want, but NONE of them could fly out to Australia to be with her when she came out the jungle??? are you f***ing kidding me???"

Another said: "Lost all respect for the Kardashians/Jenners. All Caitlyn did throughout her whole journey is hype her family up and not one of them decided to turn up on the end of the bridge to welcome her and show respect. I honestly feel so sorry for her. Respect to Sophia tho."

In the interview with I'm A Celeb hosts Ant and Dec, before the bridge walk, Caitlyn became emotional as she spoke about missing her family.

She explained: "[I missed them] terribly. It gets very complicated around Christmas time. It's actually easier being in the jungle."
