While Courteney Cox is best known as Monica Geller in Friends, it seems as though the star may have a secret sideline flipping properties.
The 56-year-old actor has been buying up, renovating and then selling properties since the 1980s, according to a former co-star.
Robert Duncan McNeill starred alongside Cox in the 1987 flick Masters of the Universe, and he recently revealed that the Friends actor had been snapping up old properties ever since.

Speaking on The Delta Flyers podcast, he said: "Back in the olden times when I did a movie called Masters of the Universe, before Star Trek: Voyager, Courteney Cox was in that movie and we were really good friends.
"And Courteney, even back then she was not as successful as in her Friends days and that, she had bought a house just before that, fixed it up and sold it.
"And then bought another house, right after Masters - you know, a little ranch house, nothing special, but she loved doing those remodels and renovations.

"I heard, we've lost touch, but I heard that even in those Friends days that she would buy - she loved to flip houses. She loved to remodel, renovate, and then flip it out."
Host Garrett Wang was impressed with the revelation, adding: "I had always heard stories about Courteney doing what she was doing - the whole remodelling. But I didn't know that it started way back.
"The minute she got on Friends, clearly, then she had the capital to really dive into this! I mean, if you're getting paid $1 million (£700,000) per episode that's a lot of capital to work with to remodel properties!"

Cox is reportedly worth $150m (£106m), making her the second wealthiest Friends star behind pal Jennifer Aniston who has a net worth of $300m (£290m).
And they're set to see their fortunes increase, with The Hollywood Reporter claiming each cast member will pick up between $2.5m (£1.77m) and $3m (£2.1m) for the upcoming reunion episode that's set to air later this week.
The eagerly anticipated hour-long special will air on 27 May on HBO Max.
