Danniella Westbrook has said she's seeking legal advice after she was mocked on Gogglebox last week.

The former Eastenders star has hit back after the Siddiqui family joked about her nose collapsing back in the 1990s following a battle with cocaine addiction.

On the episode Baasit asked his dad and brother: "Would you rather have just one giant nostril or would you like to have just one giant eye?"

He then said he'd look like a cyclops with one eye, while only having one nostril would make him look like Westbrook.

The former EastEnders star suffered the complete erosion of her nasal septum.

Responding to the comments on Twitter, she wrote: "Thank you everyone for the support you gave me about the derogatory comments Channel 4 allowed the Siddiqui family too make.

"My manager is seeking legal advice, as trolling is not something we should take lightly.

"And I for one am in shock that Tania Alexander [Gogglebox creator] allowed that to make the edit.

"The show has always been a favorite of myself and my family, was a real shame that we had to witness such cruel comments on World Kindness Day."

Replying to one follower who told her it was 'just a joke', Westbrook wrote: "I wouldn't wish the feeling it gives you on my worst enemy.

The comments were made by the Siddiqui family during last Friday's episode.

"Imagine your sitting with your family and that comes on. I face the fact I have made mistakes.

"But being clean and that being shown could cause a relapse or suicide to somebody who does not have the support I have."

She added: "Being bullied is no joke! No matter how big or small the comment made.

"Your mental health matters. I have a platform so I need to use it!"

Westbrook was flooded with support after sharing her thoughts on Twitter, with one person writing: "It's so cruel and unnecessary so sorry you had to go through that.

"Why can't people just be nice to each other?"

Another wrote: "How disgusting. Glad you are following up and complaining."

While a third wrote: "That's disgusting, wish people would think before they speak, just nasty and unnecessary."

LADbible has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
