Danny Trejo Rescues Baby Boy From Flipped Car After Accident
Danny Trejo has made a pretty big name for himself in Hollywood as being a bit of a badass.
But the film star found himself in the middle of a real-life crisis while he was on his way to pick up his car in Los Angeles.
The Machete actor came across an overturned car fresh from a two-vehicle accident. Being the badass that he is, he jumped into the flipped car and rescued a baby boy trapped inside. Thankfully a passerby also leaned in to help Trejo free the boy.
Speaking to ABC7, Trejo said: "I couldn't get the baby out. I couldn't unbuckle the seatbelt so she got in and undid the seatbelt. I pulled the baby out of the other outside."
He managed to get the boy out of the car unscathed while firefighters worked on freeing his grandmother, who was trapped in the driver's seat.

"He was panicked," Trejo said. "I said 'OK we have to use our superpowers. So he screamed 'superpowers' and we started yelling 'superpowers. I said do this, with the muscles. He said 'muscles.'
Not only is @officialDannyT (Danny Trejo) one of the nicest actors, he's also a #hero!- Veronica Miracle (@ABC7Veronica) August 8, 2019
He was right behind a crash in Sylmar and pulled a special needs baby out of an overturned car. He distracted the boy until grandma was OK. :hearts: -> https://t.co/tS2Za4bZVZ@ABC7 pic.twitter.com/U9iLzAkHkA
"We got kind of a bond. I kept facing him away from the accident.
"Everything good that has happened to me, has happened as a direct result from helping someone else."
Not that we needed a reason to love Danny any more, but this proves that he's a deadset legend.
