Will Smith Showed His Wife's Sex Scenes To His Grandmother For A Prank

Will Smith has admitted to pranking his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith by showing footage of her sex scenes to his religious grandma.

The Hollywood actor told the revealing story on The Graham Norton Show last week to both the live audience and viewers at home.

Only earlier this year did Will reveal he and Jada had experienced some difficult patches during their relationship.

What he was thinking with this joke, we have no idea.

He said: "My grandmother Gigi is all the way down with Jesus.

"Because she didn't know who Jada was, I put on a movie of hers and worked out that by the time Jada arrived my grandmother would be watching the love scene."

And Jada did exactly as Will expected.

"When she walked in, my grandmother was in the middle of the scene," Will said.

"She looked up and said to Jada, 'When I was growing up people didn't have to take their clothes off to make a movie'."

Brilliant? Or too far? Depending on which side of the fence you fall responding to that question, this is either the best or the worst thing to happen to a partner.

Will's revealed a lot of secrets this year.

He told us about the unknown aspects of his open relationship with Jada. He told us about the times he would vomit from having too much sex. He even told us about being thrown in jail early-on in his career.

But is showing sex scenes of your wife to your grandmother just a tad too much?

Well Jada - at least - was unamused.

After the prank, she took Will aside to ask him what he was thinking when he did it.

He responded by promising she would find it funny years down the line.

He even claimed it would bring his wife tears of joy.

That sounds like a risky claim, given Will went on to explain Jada had never laughed once about it during their 27-year relationship.

Will is now in the process of promoting his memoir - Will.

He also recently starred in a documentary series on YouTube following him as he tries to get into the best physical shape of his life.
